A La Quinta Resort and Club restaurant damaged by fire more than a year ago will officially reopen in January with a new look. The Azur Restaurant will reopen as Morgans in the Desert with James Beard Foundation award recipient Jimmy Schmidt as its executive chef, said Ralph Vick, managing director for the La Quinta Resort and Club and PGA West. http://bit.ly/3ewI6f
