On October 5th, Muscle Car 1000 will be hosting a special concours featuring beautiful cars from the ‘60s and ‘70s era on display at the La Quinta Resort & Club from 5-7 pm. The special car collection is presented by Muscle Car 1000, an A-list luxury road rally where fifteen teams drive 1000 miles through an exciting Southern California course beginning in San Diego and ending in Santa Barbara.
The public is invited to experience the rally’s pit stop in Palm Springs featuring musical entertainment, wine tasting by Falkner Winery, Gouvion Vineyards and Chateau Felice. The event will be emceed by celebrity chef Paul McCoullough, who will also provide wine paring tips, and the public is invited to vote for their favorite muscle car. All festivities are free and open to the public. Proceeds from Muscle Car 1000 go to support the Hunger Relief Organization (HeRO), which establishes feeding centers for children in Honduras and around the world.
