Chef Jimmy Schmidt Seduces Diners with Luscious 4-Course Prix-Fixe Menu

Morgan’s in the desert officially opens at La Quinta Resort & Club on January 29, and acclaimed Chef Jimmy Schmidt has already composed a Valentine’s Weekend prix-fixe dinner that spells delicious romance – from the Tiny Bites amuse to Chocolate Fritter Pops with Silky Sauces – and melt-in-your-mouth Ginger Crusted Sea Scallops, “Seduced” Breast of Duck and Dark Side Spice Tumbled Beef Tenderloin courses to be savored in-between. Plus, there will be live entertainment from multi-talented performer Paul Douglas (piano/guitar/vocals) to swoon over on each night of romance.
